ABOUT
K9 Ascent is owned & solely operated by Ashley Diaz. After graduating from the University of Hawaii, Ashley worked in tourism while walking dogs in her spare time. She quickly realized that her true love was working hands-on with animals and she started her small pet care business in the Pacific Northwest in 2014. She has since spent nearly a decade providing dog walking & pet care services to her community and is now embarking on a new adventure in Boulder, Colorado!
Ashley is passionate about creating a safe & positive experience for pets while providing loving & personalized care. She pays close attention to each pet's preferences and strives to enrich their time with activities that are meaningful to them: whether playing, exploring, sniffing, snuggling or anything in between.
Ashley is CPR & First Aid certified and has earned multiple certifications in animal behavior & training. She brings this knowledge into her small business in order to provide the best care possible to all her furry clients.​
